About Mrs. Gerlich
Hello, I have been teaching in Fennimore at various grade levels for about 16 years now. I love teaching 3rd grade! The students are eager to learn and fun to teach.
My husband and I live in the Cuba City area. We have three wonderful grown children. We also have two grandsons, Logan who is 5 and Garret who is only 1. This past summer our youngest daughter was married in July and later we were able to take a great trip to South Dakota where we experienced the Black Hills riding on their numerous atv trails. What an experience!
I am very excited to be able to have an intern again this year! Mrs. McCorkle will be team teaching with me this first semester. I am confident she will be a great asset to our class. As always please feel free to contact either of us with any concerns or questions regarding your son/daughter's education. We are a team who needs to work together to give your children the best experience and education possible!
About Mrs. McCorkle
I am married and have four children: Kyli, Liam, Kinley, and Audree. I was in the U.S. Navy for four years and have traveled to different countries around the world. This gives me a diverse outlook and a multicultural perspective of life. I hope to incorporate my experiences into my lessons. I assure you that I am a very dedicated and motivated person, and that I will conduct myself with professionalism and caring behavior at all times. I realize that every child in this class is equally special and I will treat each student with the utmost dignity and respect.
I am an Elementary Education major at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with minors in Early Childhood and Inclusion. I will be completing my final semester as a licensed intern in your child's classroom during the next eighteen weeks. I am extremely excited to be working with Mrs. Gerlich's classroom. I look forward to learning from her and am very eager to work with and learn from your child as well.
